What is an affiliate?
- An affiliate at oozm is a publisher who refer users to our site to purchase a keyword url. Everytime a referred user purchases a keyword url, the affiliate will earn a commission. The commission rate depends on the number of total purchases among all the users referred by an affiliate. See below for further details on commission.
Why should I become an affiliate?
- First of all, oozm has a unique way of giving you the power to make money for contents that are produced by other members. We are the only site to do such advertising opportunity.
- If you have a website that receives a decent amount of visitors everyday, you should tap into the oozm market. Take advantage of our "Grand Opening Promotion" and buy the keywords that have high value. Everytime a user searches for a keyword at oozm, we will return that particular keyword page. That page could be yours or the people whom you referred.
- Since oozm is growing at a rapid pace and has unique features behind it; lots of people will look forward to buying the keywords that they do business in. So, this is the perfect time for people like yourself with a website to make some money.
What will I be selling?
- You will not be selling anything. We will. You will refer users to our site that will want to purchase a keyword url that they can use to promote their own products or use third party advertising such as google adsense to make money.
- oozm allows any users to edit unprotected pages. That means any users can provide content for any keyword pages. For example, a user you referred can buy the keyword Paris Hilton. He or she will then own the rights to change the advertising space on the top of the page. He or she can add their own advertising or just simply include a Google Adsense code there to make money. So when another user search for Paris Hilton on our search engine, we will directly send that user to this keyword url page. He or she who owns the rights to the advertising page will receive a lot of exposure because this keyword url page will be the search result page! Unlike other traditional search engines, we allow users to add urls on the fly and also provide information on that keyword. Just imagine the potential exposure of this page! This is what the users you refer will purchase.
How much money can I make?
- The amount of money you make will depend on the number of users that you refer that actually completes a keyword url purchase. The payout rate is also depends on the number of total purchase among all the referred users by you. See below for the chart.
As an OOZM publisher, you can earn cash and introduce your visitors to the tremendous value of the new search engine. Join now, and start earning the following:
- Between 30% to 50% of OOZM's revenue on all keywords purchased
* The OOZM program pays for keywords purchased by a user referred from your site. Your site must link to our site with your affiliate id in the URL. We will track the user's activity and pay you accordingly.
See below for the revenue potential. The numbers on the left hand side are the number of keywords purchased by your referrals. Single referral can purchase multiple keywords. You will be eligible for all keywords purchased.

How do you track users?
- To do this better, we have developed our own affiliate program system. We currently track users with cookies and referred url id. These two methods seems to be the best way to track a user. Cookies are stored in a users browser for 30 days from the day they come to our site from your site. Within that 30 day period, if that user becomes a member at our site, your affiliate id will become their referred by id. So during that members lifetime with oozm, if they purchase any keyword url, you will receive your commission.
How do I signup for an affiliate?
- Once you become a member at oozm, you will have the option to signup for an affiliate account. After you login to your account, on the top right hand side beside the log out link, you will see "Affiliate Signup" link. Click on that and you will be an affiliate within few minutes!
How does oozm pay an affiliate?
- Our current preferred payout method is through Paypal. If you do not have a paypal account and still would like to become an affiliate, please send us an email and we can work out an alternative method.
Will the commission rate change?
- Commission rates can change at anytime. The rates above are for our granding opening only. If you signup now, your rates will remain the same as long as you have an active account with us.
